Delivery and Shipping
We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered and which shipping method you chose.
We can not take any responsibility for delays due to custom borders.

Priority Post, 1-4 working days, 4€ (free for orders above 200€)
or pick-up from our store in Vienna
EUROPE:
Priority Post, 4-7 working days, 7€ (free for orders above 200€)
or Fedex, 1-3 working days, 18€
U.S.:
Priority Post, 7-14 working days, 10€ (free for orders above 200€)
or Fedex, 1-5 working days, 18€
International::
Priority Post, 7-21 working days, 15€ (free for orders above 300€)
or Fedex, 2-7 working days, 25€
Returns and Exchanges
Within 14 days you can return any item without any reason given - please return items undamaged and unused.
You will get a full refund of the goods, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
For return shippings please use your preferred courier service. We will not cover the costs for the return shipment.
Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and a refund will be refused.
If your order included free shipping and you return all of it we will deduct 7€ for EU orders and 10€ for international orders from the refund amount to cover our shipping expenses.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item you can do so by returning the item within 14 calender days and adding a note or by writing an e-mail to info@rendl.co
Payment
Payment towards online store purchases can be made with credit card, bank credit or with a PayPal account.
We also accept orders via email.
Order confirmation
You will receive an online confirmation on your screen at the end of the check-out.
Pricing Policy and Charges
Prices are shown in € (Euro) for all shipping countries. All prices displayed in the RENDL online store exclude shipping fees. The shipping fees will be added to the order in the check-out step and might differ based on which country your order is shipped to.
Non Acceptance of Parcels
RENDL will not pay for the return of parcels that have been refused delivery for whatever reason. Arrangements must be made immediately on placing an order for goods to be accepted at the delivery address by yourself/the recipient or by their appointed agent.
Reservation of Proprietary Rights
The merchandise legally belongs to RENDL as long as the whole purchase price has not yet been paid.
Damaged items
In case you receive a damadged item from us, please e-mail us immediately and we will exchange the item within 14 days. After 14 days you loose all warranty claims for obvious defects.
Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on rendl.co. If there are colour differences between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual colours of the garments, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.
Electronic communications
We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on our site. You agree to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement.
Applicable Law
By visiting our site you agree that the laws of the federal republic of Austria, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and RENDL or its affiliates.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to our sites or to products you purchase from us shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Austria, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any country or state of the world, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing in Austria. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement.
